Job summary

Hikinex is seeking Materials Associates for a high-volume warehouse team serving Santa Ana and Costa Mesa locations. The role focuses on movement, organization, and timely material flow, with emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on warehouse experience, attention to detail, and critical thinking. Candidates must be able to work 1st/2nd shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and be eligible for U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse or equivalent role.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• On-site work in Santa Ana or Costa Mesa, CA with first/second shift availability.
• English proficient, computer-literate, and able to use inventory systems.
• Flexible schedule and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving at Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa sites.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment, including packing, labeling, and loading.
• Transact movement of materials between company sites.
• Pull orders and deliver production materials as needed.
• Stage finished products for distribution and complete cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory locations and report shortages.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment as applicable.
• Courier inventory between locations and support material flow across departments.
• Support safety and accuracy initiatives in a fast-paced warehouse.
