Millennia Professional Services Ltd. is seeking a Materials Coordinator for an on-site, full-time role based in Downers Grove, IL.

You will manage, track, and coordinate all construction materials to ensure compliance, timely submissions, and alignment with project schedules. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering and 5+ years of materials coordination experience, with strong organizational and communication skills to work with suppliers, inspectors, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in construction/material coordination.
• Strong understanding of specifications and documentation processes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track material submittals in accordance with requirements.
• Ensure all materials meet compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project engineers to obtain required documentation (mix designs, certifications, shop drawings, etc.).
• Maintain an up-to-date log of all submittals and approvals.
