Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is hiring for a Warehouse Operative to join the on-site Ohio team. You will handle BOLs, pick and pack orders, and load/unload materials while following Crane SOPs.

The role requires reading work orders, operating approved equipment after training, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. You will contribute to accurate inventory records and timely shipping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Greater than one year of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Sign off bill of lading (BOL) and cross check packing list; pick, put away and handle materials.
• Fills client orders safely and efficiently according to Crane SOPs.
• Ensure distribution activities meet internal quality standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Read and follow work orders; determine materials or container loads to move.
• Operate only authorized equipment after training: pallet jack, rider jack, standup, cherry picker, turret, reach, forklift 5K+.
• Load/unload materials from pallets and into vehicles; secure with straps.
• Scans freight with RF-equipped warehouse system; complete paperwork promptly.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain safety; presence on-site required.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
