Job summary

Edward's Stone is seeking a hands-on Mason Site Supervisor to lead field operations at our Omaha job sites. The role requires coordinating material flow, supervising tool use, and enforcing safety standards while keeping projects on schedule.

You will work closely with team members and subcontractors, taking proactive ownership of tasks and delivering clear, regular updates to clients. Training is available for the right candidate with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• On-site outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• 2+ years construction experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Able to lift 75–100 lbs continuously and work 50+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport and organization of materials and equipment to job sites.
• Operate and supervise use of tools and equipment, ensuring maintenance and safety.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections for hazard-free environments.
• Oversee job progress and adjust plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with team members and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Take ownership of tasks and work independently when required.
• Maintain strong client relationships with clear project updates.
