Potts Masonry Inc. is seeking an experienced Masonry Team Lead / Site Foreman to lead crews on high-end residential custom stone and brick projects across West Michigan.

This hands-on leadership role requires reading blueprints, organizing daily workflow, enforcing safety, and keeping projects moving smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who leads by example and takes pride in craftsmanship, jobsite organization, and team productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years masonry experience.
• Experience leading a crew on masonry projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret plans.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize a masonry crew on custom residential projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Establish wall layout, heights, sequencing, and daily priorities.
• Coordinate tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy throughout the day.
• Communicate project needs with leadership and client-facing teams.
