Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking an energetic In-House Marketing Agent to engage with resort guests, owners, and members on property. You will invite qualified guests to attend Owner Updates or Vacation Ownership Sales Presentations and help drive attendance and conversions.

The role rewards performance with net-tour pay, weekly commissions, and monthly bonuses, supported by training and coaching. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Additional hours may be required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations ownership experience.
• Invite Owners to attend Owner Updates.
• Invite Non-Owners to attend a Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation.
• Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site information.
• Provide a positive and professional guest experience.
• Understand and follow qualification guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and resort offerings.
• Complete all required paperwork and reporting accurately.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed.
• Meet and exceed production goals.
