Capital Vacations is seeking an In-House Marketing Agent to engage with resort guests, owners, and members on property and invite qualified guests to Owner Updates or Sales Presentations. The role rewards performance with tours-based earnings and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Additional hours may be required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations ownership experience.
• Invite Owners to attend Owner Updates.
• Invite Non-Owners to attend a Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation.
• Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site information.
• Provide a positive and professional guest experience.
• Follow qualification guidelines and company policies.
• Stay informed about local attractions and resort offerings.
• Complete paperwork and reporting accurately.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed.
• Meet and exceed production goals.
