Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking an In-House Marketing Agent at Hollywood Beach to engage with resort guests and owners, inviting qualified guests to attend owner updates or sales presentations. This role offers earnings based on net tours generated, with weekly commissions, monthly bonuses, paid training, and ongoing coaching.

Candidates should have strong customer service, a sales mindset, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; a high school diploma

Qualifications

• OPC or In-House Marketing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing and motivated personality.
• Sales-minded and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations ownership experience.
• Invite Owners to attend Owner Updates.
• Invite Non-Owners to attend a Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation.
• Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site information.
• Provide a positive and professional guest experience.
• Understand and follow qualification guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and resort offerings.
• Complete all required paperwork and reporting accurately.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed.
• Meet and exceed production goals.
