Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend training sessions and stay current on materials and industry trends.
