Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician for an on-site, 12-month W2 contract in the energy management and automation sector. Training runs 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, after which the shift moves to second shift.

The role supports manufacturing and test engineering by maintaining test fixtures, testers, and electrical equipment, with emphasis on safe, available tools for production.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Experience with DVMs, oscilloscopes, and basic hand tools.
• 1–3 years as a test technician.
• Experience with high voltage 480V testing is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot test fixtures and equipment.
• Minimize equipment downtime and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing & Test Engineering to meet standards.
