Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing environment-based design role.
• Strong team building, decision making, and people management skills.
• Ability to hold accountability and lead by example.
• Knowledge about metal fabrication and made-to-order custom manufacturing.
• Knowledge about ISO 9001 Quality Standards.
• Comprehensive understanding in both standard and metric, dimensional and fractional measurements.
• Basic reading comprehension in English; most paperwork is in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and direct the production team to achieve production goals.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, productivity, and respect.
• Interact with Sales Engineers, Design, Quality, Safety, and Purchasing for cross-department communication.
• Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations with managers.
• Drive productivity by managing dispatch, labor balancing, and cross training.
• Meet shipment dollars and on-time delivery goals while ensuring safety and quality.
