Job summary

FUJIFILM Biosciences is seeking a Production Planning Manager in California to lead the master production schedule and capacity planning across multiple sites. You will coordinate demand, supply, and inventory, drive SDI reviews weekly, and implement planning tools with MS Project, PowerBI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3+ years of planning experience in biotech or pharma manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Production scheduling experience in ERP or inventory planning tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with S&OP and Master Supply Planner on demand forecasts and production output.
• Maintain master production schedule (MPS) for all products in CA.
• Lead weekly SDI reviews to align supply with demand.
• Manage finished goods inventory and Back Orders to optimize levels.
• Coordinate material requests and charge-backs for special purchases.
• Develop planning tools using MS Project, PowerBI and Excel.
• Prepare and distribute 12-week MPS to stakeholders weekly.
• Train and supervise department staff; drive process improvements.
