Job summary

CSI designs, builds, and services stainless-steel process systems in essential industries. The Repetitive Manufacturing Coordinator in Springfield, MO, on-site, ensures material readiness, accurate job data, and ERP integrity to keep production on schedule.

You will work with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to monitor material status, address shortages, and support continuous improvements in standard work and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in manufacturing planning or materials coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; Epicor Kinetic preferred.
• Experience with bills of materials, routings, and material planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support production planning by interpreting demand and schedules and identifying material needs.
• Monitor material readiness, validate supply suggestions, address shortages with Purchasing/Warehouse.
• Create, release, maintain, and close repetitive manufacturing jobs in ERP with accurate data.
• Track production status, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues on the shop floor.
• Maintain inventory, material transactions, and ERP data; address discrepancies.
• Support engineering changes, substitutions, quality/rework, traceability, and returns.
• Communicate status and risks across teams and drive process improvements.
