Qualifications

• 4+ years of process development experience in an electrical production environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Good mechanical skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong documentation skills and fluency in English; experience with AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for manufacturing systems and products to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.
• Advance manufacturing engineering improvements, problem solving, and corrective actions.
• Document production processes, fixtures, and test systems; maintain method sheet documentation.
• Support data collection, cost estimates, and BOM/routing establishment.
