Compliance Management International (CMI) is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to support a large-scale manufacturing operation in De Soto, KS. This full-time, on-site role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and managing EHS data to identify trends and enhance injury and incident reduction efforts.

The candidate will work with EHS leadership and operations to evaluate safety performance, identify risk areas, and develop prioritized corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and EHS experience considered.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report key EHS data and metrics.
• Identify safety trends and risks to reduce injuries.
• Collaborate with operations and EHS teams to implement corrective actions.
