Job summary

SunRidge Management Group in Plano, TX is hiring an Assistant Maintenance / Make Ready Technician for multifamily communities. This on-site role supports preparing units for new residents, performing light maintenance, and keeping the property clean and safe to foster resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to follow directions effectively.
• Work schedule typically 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; on-call may be necessary.
• Must wear back-support belt and gloves for safety.
