Job summary

Mercy Place Belmont is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the on-site maintenance team in Belmont, NC. The role focuses on completing work orders, performing basic repairs, and ensuring clean, hazard-free apartment turnover.

Part-time schedule is approximately 32 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, basic building maintenance knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic building maintenance knowledge through training or experience.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner and cleans up after completing tasks.
• Performs repairs on the property including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Cleans apartments during turnover as directed and maintains a hazard-free environment.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
