Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Brentwood, CA. The position requires basic maintenance knowledge and a valid driver’s license, with pay ranging from $21.95 to $25.46 per hour and experience-based advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic building maintenance knowledge required through training or experience.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
• Preferred: 1 year in skilled maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
