The Manor at St Luke Village in Hazleton is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our residents safe and comfortable in a hands-on, on-site role. You will coordinate daily maintenance with nursing staff and perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and refurbishing projects.

Responsibilities include maintaining outdoor grounds, ensuring equipment and building systems are well kept, and assisting with safety inspections and drills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in building trades or maintenance.
• Familiarity with industry tools and software.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing preferred.
