The Manor at St Luke Village in Pennsylvania is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep resident areas safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. You will perform routine repairs, coordinate with nursing staff, and support refurbishing projects.

This full-time, on-site role requires hands-on problem solving, knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and a commitment to quality and resident safety. Strong detail orientation and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in building trades, maintenance, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software essential for facility upkeep and repair.
  • HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing knowledge preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Compassionate, dedicated, and reliable professional with keen eye for detail.

Major Responsibilities

  • Keep equipment and building systems properly maintained for resident comfort.
  • Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills to ensure compliance and security.
  • Implement innovative ideas and solutions to improve maintenance processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
