Job summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Pavilion at St. Luke Village. You will work closely with nursing staff to coordinate daily maintenance, perform repairs, and keep facilities safe and comfortable for residents.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in building trades, with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge preferred. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to a caring, well‑maintained living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in building trades, maintenance, or related field.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software for upkeep and repair.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing knowledge preferred; grounds keeping a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, dedicated and reliable with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing staff for resident areas.
• Perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance and refurbishments.
• Maintain grounds to ensure a safe, pleasant outdoor environment.
• Keep equipment and building systems well-maintained for resident comfort.
• Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills for compliance.
• Implement ideas to improve maintenance processes.
