Job summary

Greens on Blossom Way in Rogers, AR seeks a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance across the property. This role includes living on-site, offering substantial savings on housing and convenient access to the community.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled
