Job summary

Dermot Realty Management Co., LP in Wellington, FL is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the property team. The role is on-site, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with on-call responsibilities for emergencies.

You will maintain the grounds and units, diagnose and repair systems, and ensure safety and resident satisfaction. Required: 2+ years in luxury property maintenance, valid driver’s license, EPA Section 608 certification (HVAC preferred), and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining luxury multi-family properties is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work with ladders safely.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property in pristine, safe condition per Dermot standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and keep move-in ready units.
• Routinely inspect mechanical systems and maintain inventory of tools.
