Westlake, managed by Lindsey Management Co., Inc., in Conway, AR, is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to respond to resident repair requests and perform preventative maintenance across the community. Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Painting, drywall repair, lighting, and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.
