Job summary

Student Quarters is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of upkeep tasks for the apartment community, ensuring safety and curb appeal. Work is onsite, five days a week, with on-call shifts and occasional weekends.

Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, non-exempt/hourly. Responsibilities include timely service requests completion, inventory monitoring, and adherence to company safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation due to on-call and emergency responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to upkeep the community.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Assist with inventory and supplies at appropriate levels.
• Comply with all personnel management policies and procedures.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Assist with move-in/move-out support.
• Respond to on-call emergencies.
