Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Chapel Ridge of Gallatin, a 208-unit community in Gallatin, TN. You will lead the maintenance team, supervise repairs, schedule preventative maintenance, and ensure the property's appearance and safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Inspect property and coordinate repairs.
• Complete work orders for common areas and units.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Participate in on-call duties.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
