Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Chapel Ridge of Gallatin, a 208-unit apartment community in Gallatin, TN. You will oversee maintenance operations to ensure a high-quality living environment for residents and coordinate with the on-site team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as they arise.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property and assess/repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
