Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall condition and cleanliness of the maintenance shop and property.
• Execute and document preventive maintenance for units, common areas, and equipment.
• Maintain property appearance, snow removal, curb appeal to attract residents.
• Complete work orders and respond promptly to after-hours emergencies.
• Follow procurement guidelines and manage inventory and budget adherence.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by timely, courteous service and safety compliance.
• Attend residential activities as needed and participate in team efforts.
