Job summary

PATH Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to manage maintenance, repair, and safe operation of residential sites in California. You will perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical repairs, painting, carpentry, and light construction while ensuring safety standards and timely PM tasks.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of maintenance experience, 2 years plumbing/electrical maintenance, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of general maintenance experience in building/equipment maintenance.
• Two (2) years of plumbing and/or electrical maintenance.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office.
• Mandatory requirements include CPR/First Aid, background check, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skilled building maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, electric, remodeling, painting, and various craft work.
• Read blueprints and drawings; estimate materials and lay out small construction tasks.
• Ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
• Respond to safety-related projects and keep participants, staff, and visitors safe.
