Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our communities in top condition, handling interior and exterior upkeep with skilled hands and tools. You will work to meet residents’ expectations while following applicable regulations and Brookdale policies.

The role involves maintaining HVAC, elevator and safety equipment, generators, landscaping, and kitchen gear. Strong communication with directors, residents, and inspectors is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment.
• They will perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents.
