Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support our high-volume manufacturing operations in Streetsboro, Ohio. This on-site, full-time role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex equipment to maximize uptime, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of maintenance experience, strong PC/PLC troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of PC/PLC troubleshooting and industrial electronic systems.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot PC/PLC controlled equipment, sensors, drives, and automated systems.
• Develop and follow PM procedures and schedules for critical machinery.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment challenges and improve safety and reliability.
