Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team.

You will perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep hotel equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently, supporting guests and associates with a comfortable, well‑maintained environment. The role involves assisting the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects, conducting preventive checks, and promptly addressing guest maintenance requests.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused with a positive attitude.
