Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Canyon Rim in San Diego. You will perform daily electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, prepare vacants, and help maintain exterior areas.

The role includes participating in on-call rotations to respond to emergencies and ensure safety and cleanliness across the community. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of related maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in property management or related trade.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using Make Ready Checklist.
• Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors; report inventory needs.
