Job summary

Sentral is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in Las Vegas to perform routine building upkeep, HVAC work, and safety inspections. You will interact with residents and guests, coordinate with vendors, and respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, plus HVAC and CPO certifications. Prior maintenance experience and proficiency with hand and power tools are essential for this in-person position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven maintenance experience or related degree from a technical college.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• CPO and HVAC certifications are required.
• Must be available to work on a rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize strong customer service through direct contact with residents and guests.
• Perform routine building maintenance (painting, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance).
• Conduct preventative maintenance work and safety inspections as scheduled.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair machines, equipment, or structures.
• Clean the interior and exterior of the building, machinery, and equipment.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and report needs to supervisor.
• Work with contracted vendors and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and be available on an on-call basis.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as needed.
