Job summary

East West Hospitality in Beaver Creek, CO is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the on-site engineering team. You will work alongside experienced professionals, get on-the-job training, and gain hands-on experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.

This full-time, year-round position offers a pay rate of $23–$26 per hour, schedule 2pm–10pm Tuesday through Saturday, and a range of benefits including health insurance, PTO, and retirement

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year of hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
Vocational HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or related training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Respond to work orders to keep property safe and operating.
Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot equipment and building systems.
Document work and materials used in system.
Assist engineering team with repairs and projects.
