Job summary

East West Hospitality in Beaver Creek, CO is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician for the Upper Village. You’ll maintain homes and associations, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa tasks to keep properties comfortable and safe.

This on-site, year-round role offers a $25-$35/hour DOE rate, flexible scheduling, and mileage reimbursement; start date is 9/1/2026, with a supportive team that values reliability and guest service.

Qualifications

At least 18 with a mechanically inclined mindset and strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, drywall, irrigation, and pools/spas.
A professional, trustworthy and dependable approach with strong customer service.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

Maintain homes and associations in Beaver Creek’s Upper Village.
Perform HVAC and plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.
Respond to guest room maintenance requests through ALICE.
Perform hot tub checks, repairs, and water chemistry maintenance.
Complete basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems.
Assist with pool and spa maintenance and repairs.
