The role requires hands‑on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, plus strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first mindset. A provided 2‑bedroom apartment is included, and the company offers a paid CFC certification class.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, building exteriors, and HVAC.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service and resident relationships.
• Ability to stay organized, self-motivated, and thorough.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings/weekends/on-call.
• Ability and willingness to live on-site in provided 2-bedroom apartment.

Responsibilities

• Keep the community clean, safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.
• Diagnose and resolve a wide range of maintenance requests with speed and professionalism.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify issues before they grow.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community running smoothly.
• Build positive relationships with residents and deliver high levels of service.
