Mercy Housing Management Group in Seattle is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Columbia City Station Apartments. This on-site role supports the maintenance team with preventive tasks, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers, ensuring high cleanliness and customer service standards.

The position is full-time and on-site in Seattle, WA. The pay ranges from $24 to $27 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including PTO, holidays, health plans, life insurance, and 403b match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
• 1 year of skilled maintenance experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner and cleans up after completion.
• Performs repairs on the property including painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
• Cleans apartments during turnover and assists with other duties as assigned.
