Mercy Housing Management Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for Columbia City Station Apartments in Seattle. You will maintain units, oversee budgets and vendor contracts, and collaborate with property management to ensure timely turnover and quality upkeep.

This on-site role requires experience in building trades, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Pay ranges from $34 to $37 per hour with benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trades.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Clean, repair, and maintain appliances.
• Prepare units for new residents and complete turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with the property management team.
