Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks.
• Assist with interviewing and training personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Improve processes and maintenance methods.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company policies are complied with.
• Handle all lock-outs and take responsibility for service requests.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
