Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training.
• 3+ years in building/facilities/property maintenance with supervisory experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry knowledge.
• HVAC and/or trade certifications required.
• Able to read diagrams, manuals, work orders and safety docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule maintenance team; promote safety and service.
• Prioritize service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready operations and occupancy readiness.
• Perform and supervise repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and systems for quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage documentation.
• Respond to emergencies; participate in on-call rotation.
