Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor for a food & beverage manufacturing plant in Prattville, AL. This on-site role leads a shift of maintenance technicians, owning safety, quality, and environmental results for the shift.

You will assign daily work orders, drive preventive maintenance, and collaborate with planning to optimize backlog and staffing. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement on current-generation equipment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing maintenance teams.
• Food, beverage, or CPG experience preferred.
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, drive, and electrical troubleshooting.
• ERP CMMS experience required.
• Floor-first leader credible with technicians.
• Clear communicator and holds crew accountable.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shift maintenance technicians and own safety, quality, and environmental results.
• Distribute daily work orders and ensure all jobs are completed correctly.
• Lead shift handoffs and represent maintenance in production meetings.
• Collaborate with planning on backlog, priorities, staffing.
• Manage quality, time, and cost of jobs.
• Shift from reactive to planned and preventive work.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Close work orders in CMMS with cause, action, and parts.
• Develop technicians through coaching and one-on-ones.
• Support OEE and continuous improvement on equipment.
