Job summary

Victaulic, based in Alburtis, PA, seeks a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to own the daily work flow from planning through execution and auditing. You will create detailed job plans, coordinate schedules for multiple supervisors and up to 20 technicians, and administer the EPAC system as plant administrator.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of plant maintenance experience or 10+ years with 2+ years in a planner role, plus strong MS Office proficiency and maintenance software knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Journeyman status required.
• 5+ years of plant maintenance experience, or 10+ years general maintenance with 2+ years planning.
• Experience with maintenance software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Own work flow from job ID to planning, scheduling, execution and auditing.
• Develop detailed job plans with labor, materials and tools.
• Prepare daily schedules for supervisors and up to 20 technicians.
• Manage PM work orders in EPAC and track budget KPIs.
• Lead down-day/non-down-day maintenance scheduling.
