Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Corrective Maintenance to quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Background in Industrial Maintenance within manufacturing or similar high-volume production environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Commitment to safety practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed to support production.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment.
