This full-time role requires 3 years of skilled maintenance experience, HS diploma, and knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks. Competitive benefits and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trades.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Clean, repair, and maintain appliances.
• Prepare units for new residents, including turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with property management.
