This is a hands-on Maintenance Manager position that will work in collaboration with property management to perform building maintenance functions and oversee the budget and vendor contracts for Atrium at Collegetown Apartments.

This is an on-site position.

Pay: $ 30.00-31.77 /hour, depending on experience

• Early close Fridays (3 paid hours off each Friday)
• Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours)

What You'll Do

Duties

• Perform basic math and understand measurement systems used in the trade.
• Read and interpret electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagrams and blueprints. Draft working sketches.
• Use maintenance, trade, and testing equipment and tools.
• Effectively oversee work progress of vendors or outside contractors.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle
