Mercy Housing Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager for MLK Jr. Village, a on-site role managing maintenance functions and budgets for 80 affordable housing units.

You will coordinate with property management, prepare units for new residents, and oversee vendor contracts to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 3 years of skilled maintenance experience; preferred certifications may apply.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical certifications preferred.
• Ability to read electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Property Manager to ensure budgets are followed and achieved.
• Meets or exceeds unit turnover timelines to maximize occupancy.
• Ensures that supplier procurement standards are met.
• Oversees maintenance contracts for quality and cost.
