Lion Real Estate Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at Briarhill Apartments. You will guide a maintenance team, handle work orders, and ensure properties are safe and well-maintained.

You’ll work with on-site teams, coordinate with vendors, and participate in an on-call rotation to keep things running 24/7 while delivering top-tier service to residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred.
• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Great communication and customer service attitude.
• A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventive care.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
• Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Participate in on-call rotation to keep things running smoothly 24/7.
