Job summary

Simmons Foods is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to ensure all packaging and process machinery run safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, prepare CMMS work orders, and perform preventative maintenance across site equipment.

The role requires 2–3 years of industrial maintenance electrical experience, familiarity with Electrical Code and NFPA 70E, and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of industrial maintenance electrical experience.
• Knowledge of governing Electrical Code and Safety requirements including NFPA 70E.
• Preference for food manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and continuously improve packaging and process machinery and systems.
• Read and interpret technical bulletins, manuals, instructions and blueprints.
• Prepare work orders in a CMMS and perform Preventative Maintenance (PM).
• Communicate daily work summaries to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager and collaborate with the team.
