Job summary

State of Oklahoma is seeking a Maintenance Management Technician for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. This on-site role in Oklahoma City supports the Capital Assets Management Division, handling MMS data, maintenance scheduling, and reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining asset data, generating KPI reports, and providing user training on MMS and related processes. Requires a high school diploma and CMMS experience; salary up to $47,560, DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required; background in maintenance/operations preferred.
• Experience with CMMS or EAM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility assets/maintenance database and day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Develop MMS training with agency facilities and operations personnel.
• Create reports and present materials to Managers.
